Email arshpreet@billionweb.co with “Volume Booster” in the subject. Include your device model, Android version, app version, connected audio output, and what happened. Do not send audio recordings, passwords, or private notification contents.

No audible effect?

Start playback in a compatible music app at a low volume, then start effects in Volume Booster. Another equalizer can take control of Android's effects; close it and restart effects here. Some devices or outputs do not support global effects. Bass enhancement may behave differently on speakers and headphones.

Visualizer or playback controls?

Enable Audio visualization in Settings and allow the optional permission. For controls of other music apps, choose Connect music controls and enable notification access. These features do not save or transmit your audio or song details.

Privacy and deletion

Analytics and crash reports are enabled by default without an in-app switch. Open Settings → Ad privacy for available advertising choices. See the privacy policy for deletion instructions. You may email privacy requests without creating an account.

Distortion or discomfort?

Immediately reduce media volume and boost, or stop effects. High volume can damage hearing and speakers. Do not continue listening at an uncomfortable level.
