These terms apply to Volume Booster for Android, developed by Arsh Arora. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. Contact: arshpreet@billionweb.co.
Use and compatibility
You may use the app for lawful personal audio adjustment. Do not use it to interfere with others, violate rights, or evade device security. Audio effects depend on Android, your hardware, player, and connected output. Availability, loudness, equalizer, and bass results are not guaranteed. The app adjusts supported media playback; it does not increase call volume.
Listen safely
High volume and additional gain can permanently damage hearing and speakers. Start with low media volume, increase gradually, and reduce gain immediately if audio distorts or listening becomes uncomfortable. Take breaks and exercise particular care with headphones. The app is not a hearing aid or a medical device.
Ads and other services
The app is free to download and may show ads. Optional Premium removes ads and provides a dedicated VIP support contact. Audio controls remain available without a subscription. Third-party websites, ads, and music services have their own terms and policies. Their appearance does not mean we endorse their products. The app does not grant rights to third-party music.
Premium subscription
Premium renews weekly through Google Play. The United States base price is USD14.99 per week; your local price, currency and applicable taxes appear in the app and Google Play before purchase. Eligible new subscribers who have never had a subscription in this app can receive a 3-day free trial. After the trial, the weekly subscription renews automatically at the price shown unless canceled before the trial ends. If you are not eligible, the price shown is charged when you subscribe.
Manage or cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid another charge. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. You can restore an active purchase using the same Google Play account. Google Play handles payment and refund requests under its applicable policies. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Privacy
The privacy policy explains local processing, Firebase analytics and diagnostics enabled by default, AdMob advertising, and your controls.
Availability and responsibility
We may update or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes non-excludable warranties, statutory consumer rights, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
